Select Your Fishing Gear Carefully
Initially go to the-Mart. You understand the one. Go to the sporting goods department and get a fishing license either freshwater or saltwater which ever you prefer. Then just walk the fishing department for about an hour, and collect what you'll need. For freshwater fishing you need lightweight lines, rods, reels, and sinkers. Saltwater fishing requires heavier variations of the same things. Some typically caught fresh water fish are sunfish, brim, crappie, catfish, and trout. Selecting where to fish is another choice to be made. If you are at a house or condo on the ocean front you would probably fish right out front. Then look for activity on top of the water, like birds diving into the water feeding on bait fish. Where there are little fish there are big fish not too far away. Fish close to them if you can, otherwise get out your polarized sunglasses and search for bait fish near where you are standing.
